Return and exchange

You have the right to return the delivered goods within 14 days after receipt by EVE by Rebeca. During the trial period of 14 days, it would be highly appreciated if you carefully deal with the items and packaging. You will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the product. The entire return procedure includes SALE products.

The most efficient way to exchange products is to return the product and then buy the right product from our webshop again. From the moment we successfully handled your return procedure, it can take up to 7 days before you have received the right product.

EVE by Rebeca is not liable for damage caused during the exchange process.
